Grants for Farmers — A Meeting to Ask Questions, Pitch Ideas & Get Support!

September 18, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

(Please park on the west side of the building or on the street)

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) has grants available for innovative farmers. At this Land Stewardship Project meeting we will discuss what it takes to successfully complete and submit one of these grants or to help develop an idea you might have. Michael Greene of the MDA will be there to answer questions about the grants.

These grants are for farmers who want to try new conservation practices, beyond what’s “being done already.” Many of you do this on your own dime and could use the money that’s out there to do more.

If you have questions or would like to attend, please contact LSP’s Robin Moore at 320-269-2105 or rmoore@landstewardshipproject.org.

Grants We Will Discuss:
