From August 11 through 26, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission will hold public meetings on the proposed new Enbridge Line 3 tar sands pipeline which would cross through many sensitive areas in northern MN. Citizens will have a chance to testify and propose topics for environmental analysis, leave a written comment, or just watch. It’s important that pipeline opponents show up to these hearings and make themselves heard to raise the serious risks this tar sands pipeline project poses to our water, climate, and communities.
