This workshop will provide an overview of the critical issues and opportunities farmers and agricultural landowners need to consider as they age. It includes practical information and strategies to help farm families and agricultural landowners to begin to develop a plan that will help make the future easier for themselves and their families. A panel of financial and farm succession professionals, including attorneys and financial planners, will discuss an array of topics related to planning for the future and transitioning the farm including financial, estate, insurance, and tax implications.
