On October 2nd, MEP Executive Director Steve Morse, along with Professor David Mulla of the University of Minnesota and Shawn Schottler of the Science Museum of Minnesota, gave a presentation at the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative Conference on Agricultural Water Quality Solutions. Their goal was to share lessons Minnesota has learned about ag-water quality in the Mississippi River basin with the wider Great Lakes region, where similar problems are impacting waterways and the lakes themselves.
