Minnesota is promoting programs to reduce the risks to water quality from Ag practices. The MN Agricultural Water Quality Certification Program implementation and incorporating water quality into the Drainage Manual are two examples. Darrell Gerber, Freshwater Society, will start the day with a report on barriers.
