On Saturday March 5th, the Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy (MCEA) and Climate Generation: A Will Steger Legacy are hosting an event to raise awareness of climate change impacts and solutions in Minnesota. From 1:00-3:00 p.m. we invite young professionals to join us at Theo Wirth Park for outdoor activities (weather/climate permitting), followed by a discussion forum at Lakes & Legends Brewery in Minneapolis from 3:30-5:00 p.m. Minnesota State Senator John Marty and Representative Melissa Hortman will speak to us about the COP21 Paris climate talk outcomes, climate change, and what the Clean Power Plan may look like in Minnesota.
