The Land Stewardship Project’s Community Based Food Systems Program will be holding a fundraiser dinner the night before its Prairie Pothole Fundraiser Bike Ride. There will be local meat and vegetables. Dinner and dessert will be provided; BYO beverages. The cost is $25 per plate. The dinner will be at Swift Falls County Park in Swift Falls, Minn., right on the Chippewa River and a great hidden favorite of the locals.
