Last year, Minnesota stepped up as a national leader on pollinator protection when Governor Dayton issued an executive order on pollinators, backed by strong science from the state’s Department of Agriculture. Governor Dayton’s new plan has the potential to make the state’s pollinator protection the best in the country, but it all depends on strong implementation.

We’ve gotten this far because of a powerful statewide movement that many of you helped to build. Now, as things heat up at the Capitol, we need your help more than ever. Two bills to cement Minnesota’s commitment to pollinator protections are poised to make their way to the Governor’s desk, and we’re working to make them as strong as possible.
