Choosing and Starting Your Seeds – Workshop

$25| Have you ever made (or even heard of) soil blocks? Do you know how to create a seed starting schedule? Do you know how to break seed dormancy?This class will cover everything you need to know to start seeds for this spring, including: seed starting schedules, variety selection, options for containers and media, where and how to start seeds along with when and how to plant them outside. We will have hands-on demonstrations of making soil blocks, planting seeds and potting up. We will discuss materials, tools and tricks for starting seeds. We’ll answer your seed starting questions and you’ll go home equipped with the know-how to get started.
