In honor of Earth Day and the sustainable agriculture work of the Land Stewardship Project (LSP), Red Stag Supperclub of Minneapolis will donate some of its breakfast proceeds on Friday, April 20. Members of LSP’s Community based Food Systems and Economic Development program will be at the restaurant throughout the morning with materials and to answer questions.
