Great Waters Brewing Company opened in March of 1997. The building rests on the original site of the St. Paul Cathedral, where “they are blessed with a natural spring water well” to which they claim their secret to their fabulous hand-crafted beers to be from the holy water in the well. Over the years, they have created over eighty-five different beers, and have won numerous awards including a Gold Medal from the Real Ale Festival for their Old Bastard Ale. On any given day they will have up to NINE hand-crafted beers on tap, including four CAMRA compliant cask-conditioned ales. If beer isn’t your preference, they have a full bar with a range of single-malt scotch, wine and other quality spirits.

Come join us for an evening of award winning beer and some light appetizers while learning more about the history of the Great Waters Brewing Co. and their sustainability efforts.
