Lead a dynamic land trust protecting Wisconsin’s most treasured landscapes. Geneva Lake Conservancy seeks a visionary Executive Director to guide the organization through its next phase of growth. Building on a strong foundation of 51 protected properties and 3,692 acres conserved,the new leader will transform the Conservancy into a beacon of conservation for the region.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a conservation professional to serve as both strategic leader and hands-on conservationist. The Executive Director will oversee critical land acquisitions, guide innovative water protection initiatives, and build the philanthropic partnerships that will fuel future growth.
In this role, you will:
• Lead comprehensive strategies for land protection, advocacy, and community engagement
• Guide a dedicated team of six staff members and steward a $1.1 million budget
• Serve as the public face of conservation in the region, building bridges between diverse stakeholders
• Oversee the organization’s Land Trust Alliance reaccreditation process
• Develop targeted land-protection plans for easements and purchases

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000.
