The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) invites you to join us at our upcoming community listening sessions on the Clean Power Plan.The Clean Power Plan is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) new rule requiring states to cut carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants (for more information, visitwww.epa.gov/cleanpowerplan).
