Assists attorneys and other paralegals in providing legal services to advance TNC priorities and appropriately manage risk.


Under supervision of a TNC attorney or Senior Paralegal, the Paralegal assists in providing legal services for assigned programs and ensuring that transactions and activities are legally sound and consistent with TNC’s mission, authority, policies, and procedures.  They are able to effectively articulate basic legal concepts and internal policies and procedures to others.  In addition, the Paralegal may perform various administrative functions, including organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, scanning and packaging original documents for delivery to central records center, sending and distributing mail, preparing documents, maintaining document templates, and purchasing and maintaining supplies and equipment.


  • Assists TNC attorneys with real estate transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance filings, employment law, litigation management or other legal areas.
  • Collects and manages official corporate legal files, in electronic and paper form.
  • Drafts routine legal documents and correspondence for attorney and/or Senior Paralegal review.
  • Assists with financial and accounting forms related to legal matters.
  • Prepares check requests and wire transfers for authorization by attorney or Senior Paralegal.
  • May serve as a team member for assigned projects.
  • Performs other functions as directed by the attorney or Senior Paralegal.


  • Associate’s degree in paralegal studies OR equivalent qualifications acquired through coursework and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience conducting research on the Internet and in other legal resources.
  • Experience with MS Office, Word, and Excel.


  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural experience appreciated.
  • Relevant legal experience in real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and contracts administration.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Box and/or MS Teams.
