The Director, Midwest Row Crop Collaborative provides leadership and management for all aspects of the Collaborative’s ongoing and emerging work. The Midwest Row Crop Collaborative (the Collaborative or MRCC) is a diverse coalition working to create a U.S. agricultural system that is part of a healthy environmental ecosystem and is economically viable for all in the value chain. Specifically, the Collaborative aims for a system with healthy soils that protects water, that addresses the factors contributing to climate change and that supports farm families.

The Director provides leadership in driving Collaborative activities by inspiring and coordinating members in identifying and implementing Systems Change Projects. They serve as a primary point of contact for and coordinate between MRCC members, Environmental Initiative staff, systems change project partners, affiliated funders, stakeholder groups and contractors. The Director leads a team of highly capable and motivated external and internal partners and deploys human and capital resources to most effectively support the Collaborative’s ambitious goals and objectives.
