Join us at a private home, Liz Biagi residence, 2229 Cowern Place East, North St. Paul, to learn how to analyze your site, test for soil infiltration and determine your drainage area. Taught by Ryan Johnson from Ramsey Conservation District.  Preregister by April 29. This portion of the series takes place from 6-8 p.m. rather than 6:30-8:30 p.m. like the others.
