You are invited to participate in a Community-wide Energy Visioning PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT Session as part of development of the Duluth Community-wide Local Energy Action Plan (“LEAP”).  During this interactive meeting you will learn about the Duluth LEAP planning process, hear updates on past/current energy projects and progress, how you can be involved, and share your specific thoughts on the future of energy in Duluth as the Energy Leadership Team forms a guiding Vision for the plan.
