Learn about climate-friendly cooking and eating with award-winning author Beth Dooley and Lakewinds Coop. Discover creative solutions and action steps from the UofM’s Forever Green initiative, Land Stewardship Project, and more.

A social hour from 4:30-5:30 PM includes a cash bar and climate-friendly hors d’oeuvres presented by Chow Girls Killer Catering.
