Our Organization

The Lower Phalen Creek Project is a governed by a community-based steering committee, and has two-part time staff people. Our work is greatly enhanced by diverse partnering organizations that are involved in planning, executing, promoting and assisting the various aspects of our project. The East Side Neighborhood Development Company (ESNDC) acts as the sponsor for the project.
