The Lower Phalen Creek Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a community-based Board of Directors and larger steering committee. Our work is greatly enhanced by diverse partnering organizations that are involved in planning, executing, promoting and assisting the various aspects of our project.
